While we make reasonable efforts to retrieve retained cards, we cannot guarantee successful recovery in all cases. Factors beyond our control include:

  • Card damage or destruction prior to retrieval
  • Legal restrictions or law enforcement holds
  • Bank policies regarding retained cards

Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on circumstances. We will inform you of any delays.

Pricing and Payment

Service fees are listed on our website and confirmed before you submit a request. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Payment is required before we initiate retrieval services. We accept standard payment methods as indicated during the ordering process.

Fees cover our service and coordination efforts. They do not include potential charges from your bank, courier services you may select, or costs associated with card replacement if the card is damaged.

Refunds may be issued if we are unable to attempt retrieval due to factors within our control. Service fees are generally non-refundable once retrieval efforts have begun.
